Supply Only - Sizes and Ordering

When the customer is providing dimensions to which a product is to be manuactured, the responsibilty for the accuracy of those sizes is that of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for the mis-measuring of windows due to mis-interpretation of our literature. We always encourage the customer to contact us before placing an order if they have any concerns about how to measure.

Fabric samples shown on screen are not guaranteed to be accurate, as colour will vary from monitor to monitor. We will not be responsible for good ordered which do not hold a true likeness to the onscreen representation.

It is the responsibilty of the customer to ensure that they have the experience and knowledge to correctly install goods purchased from this website. We do not provide fixings as this is specfic to the substrate onto which the goods will be installed.

Cancellations will be accepted if the order has not been put into process. Should work have commenced already, we will try and refund the order value, less any costs that have been incurred. We reserve the right to make a reasonable administration charge if necessary.

Supply and Install - Sizes and Ordering

Where customers have provided approximate sizes that are found to be outside of an acceptable tolerance of 5%, we reserve the right to charge an additional amount to cover this. In this situation, the customers will be notified prior to proceeding with the order. Should the customer no longer wish to proceed, a refund will be given and the order cancelled. If a survey has been carried out, the charges for the service will not be refunded.

Cancellations will be accepted if the order has not been put into process. A cancellation is acceptable even after a survey has been carried out up to the point of manufacture. In the event of an acceptable cancellation, a refund will be given, less the survey charge. We reserve the right to make a reasonable administration charge.

Fabric samples shown on screen are not guaranteed to be accurate, as colour will vary from monitor to monitor. We will not be responsible for good ordered which do not hold a true likeness to the onscreen representation.

All prices quotes and charged are assuming a standard installation into brick, concrete, plasterboard or wood, at a height of no more than 2.5metres from the ground. We reserve the right to increase our installation charges should we be asked to install at heights of over 2.5metres from ground, or install into other non-standard substrates. Installations that require special plant or safety equipment will also be charged at cost price plus 10%. We reserve the right to terminate our contract and issue a refund for the full job total less the survey cost if we deem the job unsafe, or the product unsuitable for the fixing location. If you have a non-standard requirement, or you are not sure about whether the job falls into this category, please get in touch and we'll be glad to advise.

Your property should be clear of any valuable or delicate items prior to our arrival. We will not be responsible for damages caused as a result of having to move furniture or create access to the survey/installation area.

It is the responsibilty of the property owner to make the surveyor (at the time of the survey) aware of any restrictions that are to be imposed in terms of where our installers can make fixing points. If no restrictions are explained at this time, we will survey windows in accordance with our own best practice, and will not be responsible for damages deemed to be caused by our installation methods. We reserve the right to terminate our contract where restrictions imposed will make the installation unsafe or unreliable. In this instance, we will refund all monies except for the survey fee (if one has been carried out).

Product and Services

We reserve the right to alter (within reason) the specification of products, or terms of service at any time. This would only be done to improve the product or ensure that the service we provide is fulfilled.

Significant alterations would be notifed and explained before proceeding to manufacture.

We are unable to provide detailed specifications of every product, and therefore cannot be held responsible if the specification is not as expected. Should you be expecting a specific feature, component or installation method that is not clearly defined by a drawing or written definition (photos are non-specific and do not constitute part of a product specification), then please contact us in writting prior to survey (or manufacture if supply only).

Delivery & Returns Policy

A deliveries must be inspected and signed for at the point of delivery. We cannot accept repsonsibilty for damaged goods if they have not been inspected at the point of delivery. Damages should be marked clearly on the carrier's paperwork, or, in the event that goods are significantly damaged (ie- bend, snapped) then the goods should be refused on the basis of damages.

On the rare occasion that this may happen, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement product for you. Please do not assume that goods are broken or damaged due to packaging damage. The packaging is there to protect the product, and so we ask that you remove the damaged packaging prior to sigining the delivery docket, as often the product will be intact.

Should there be any damages or problems, we will take care of it as soon as possible and keep you informed at all times.

Out of Stock / Discontinued Products

In the unlikely event that a product is discontinued or out-of-stock for more than a reasonable time, we may offer a substitute product or similar value. You must allow us reasonable time to source a similar product, or reasonable time to wait for stock to be delivered. If this is not possible, we may offer you a full refund, and terminate our contract with you.

We do not offer compensation in any circumstance where a product is out of stock, delayed, or discontinued. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Compensation

We do not pay compensation for delays to orders, cancellations, termination of contracts, missed appointments, acts of God or any other circumstance. We have £2m Public Liability Insurance for damages caused to third party property that have occurred outside of the scope of installing products in the normal fashion. This does not include holes that have been drilled in order to make a fixing, whether they are used or not.

Termination of Contract

We do not supply and install awning or canopies to shop fronts, flats or offices without prior arrangements and an accepted quotation. Therefore, if you are the owner of such a property, and would like to know if we will supply and fit for you, please contact us first.

We reserve the right to terminate our contract with you at anytime where a non-standard installation has been ordered without prior approval (such as mentioned above).

We may terminate a contract if a product is no longer available or out of stock for reasons beyond our control, or where we cannot meet a customer's expectations.
