We've learned that London Blind Company customers are people that are looking for a professional service, someone to advise them, a personal touch, and a showroom where they can visit before making a commitment, and a they want to touch the fabrics and materials before making a choice.

Blinds, Awnings and Plantation Shutters are complex products, that need explaining. Customers need to be guided on the products they are looking at. We have found that we just cannot give that guidance as well as we'd like to online.

Indeed, you can visit other websites that offer simple products for a low cost. In fact, we could do the same thing, and offer simple products to our customers... but since 1986 we've only ever sold good quality products which come with plenty of choices, and plenty of service.

We want to maintain that offering to you - our customer. Therefore, we have taken a decision to stop offering our products online, and to re-focus on our showroom, product choice and good old fashioned service.
