a photo of the window you are trying to measure. Often it's easier to talk these things through on the phone, so please
be sure to include a telephone number.

All self-fit orders are supplied with instructions, usually by email along with your order confirmation.
If you are having problems installing your blind, then please contact us, and send us a photo of the situation you are trying to overcome.
We can advise on most situations in this way. We will try to help in any way possible.

We are not an internet company. We are a proper retailer with a showroom and factory. We love to have
visitors come and view our products and get advice.
Unfortunately, we only have one store in Bexleyheath, and have no plans for exapnasion in the near furture. Therefore,
if you are far away, and need to see a product we probably can't help you with that.
If you are local and want to visit us; that's great. You will notice that our showroom prices are higher than
our online prices, and this is intentional.
If you buy online you will be saving us a lot of administration, and we reward you for this through our pricing.
You can still collect your goods from the showroom, and you can still visit the showroom to ask advice and get after sales care.
Please don't be offended if you are not offered as low a price in the showroom as you are online.

You can store any quotations you have created by simply going to the checkout and clicking the 'SAVE QUOTE' button.

If you intend to fit your blinds yourself, then you will need to provide either the internal Recess measurements; or
the actual overall Finished Sizes that you want the blinds/shutters made to.
If you attempt to order goods for DIY installation, and haven't provided final sizes, then the website will tell you to ambed
you order tot show the required sizes.
To do this, click the relevant EDIT button that exists for each item in the shopping basket, and you will be taken to a screen
where you can amend your sizes, or if you have the correct sizes, then just select either 'Finished Blind Size', or 'Recess Size'
from the drop down option box.
Please note that Plantation shutters cannot be amended in this way, due to the complexity of the product. Therefore, you should
create new entries into the shopping basket and delete the old ones. We apologise if this causes inconvinience.
If you are paying for a supply and install service from us, we will come and measure for you, so the website won't
have a problem with letting you order products which are shown as APPROX sizes.

In very rare circumstances, you may have to use a qualified electrician for the installation of blinds and awnings.
This circumstances are mainly for situations where a new circuit must be fitted, or wiring must cross a garden.

Our online payment policy is that all orders are paid for at the time of ordering. This is because most of our products
are bespoke made-to-measure and therefore cannot be altered once made, but also because for many products the delivery time
is so short that we could not administrate a dpeosit and balance payment scheme online.
If you have made a payment through our website and believe there to be an error or problem, please notify us immediately.
Regrettably we cannot accept mis-measured or unwanted goods for a refund, since bespoke products are rarely useful
for another customer. If you do make a mistake though, please contact us, as we may be able to advise you, or help you get it altered.
It may be possible for goods that have not been made-to-measure or cut from a larger quantity to be returned.
Again, we ask that you contact us and we will assess if this is possible. we reserve the right to retain part payment to
cover delivery and/or admin costs.
