We do not as yet have every single product online. Therefore, if you do not see a product online that
you would like to get a price for, then please get in touch through the
contact us
page. We have many products including Luxaflex that we cannot or have yet to display online.
Unfortunately, we rely on our fabric suppliers for sampling. Some of them just haven't caught up with
the technology revolution yet, and do not offer posted samples. If you are desperate for a sample of a product, then
please get in touch and we'll see what we can do for you.
Certain companies (such as VELUX) charge a hefty price for sampling. For this reason, we do not offer them
to you, as we feel embarrased to pass on these charges. The reasons why they do this varies from companies wanting
to discourage their products from being sold online, to others that simply feel they need to cover their costs for
such a service.
In short.... no. Our online prices reflect the cost savings that we get from not administrating your order
in-store. In addition, you must pay for your order in full when buying online, which is a massive admin saving for us,
and allows us to improve cash flow to our suppliers, who in turn give us a reduction in costs (which are passed to you through
the lower online pricing).
Please do not be offended if you visit the showroom to find that prices are more expensive. You are more
than welcome to visit the showroom for a coffee and advice, and then order online... we have no problem with
that. Unfortunately though, the showroom and website databases are separate, and showroom staff cannot
place your orders online for you.
For most products we do, however, there are so many ways to fix a blind that it's impossible to supply
every type. Please be prepared to buy your own fixings at your local store to suit the substrate to which you are
fixing. We offer some links to online retailers of good quality low cost fixings
here.

Unfortunately, no. If we measure, then we fit, simply because we know where we've measured from
and how we intend to fit the product. In the past we have tried to offer this service but it has invariably ended in more
costs and inconvinience all round.
If you need advice though, you can always email a photo of the window and we'll advise on where to measure from,
or help you with the fitting process.

We do not sell awnings online for installation to shops. If you are a shop owner, you are welcome to order
an awning from the site for delivery and DIY installation, however we cannot make a contract online to commit to
the supply and installation of awning products, since the installation process is likely to be non-standard.
If you order awnings online for installation at a shop premises, we reserve the right to end any contract made,
with the issue of a refund for the product, but not necessarily for the survey and admin charges.
Yes, you can order blinds for installation into offices online.
